We have had our Magic Bullet for about 3 months. Never got the opportunity to use the Juicer.
The unit has been inoperable for a month. I am in the process of getting replacement parts and after reading your comments on warranty, I am thinking we should replace the part at our expense.
It makes wonderful Margaritas and Smoothies, but the cross blade hard rubber gear, or maybe its plastic, got chewed up and will not function properly.
This happens to blenders after many uses in a bar operation and is an easy replacement. This is something that should have taken into consideration when they were testing the unit for durability etc.
Live and learn, I just hope I can get the part.
