I had the Juiceman Jr JM 400 for less than one month, I bought it in March 2010.
The Juiceman Jr JM 400 produces a powerful 700 watt speed, but the plastic parts, such as the cover and the black small parts with the spring inside the top cover to prevent the fruits or vegetables from spinnning cracked, then broke into pieces while juicing a carrot.
The plastic parts are not strong enough or are too defective to withstand the pressure being forced from the powerful juicer.
When I contacted the supplier, they told me that the plastic parts are not under warranty.
UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
