I have a greenstar GSE5000. I also have cancer. Right now I'm sitting in my kitchen hand cranking my wheat grass juice because my bushing's and my face plate continue to break on my greenstar 5000 and I can't even speak with a supervisor at tribest.
I have already been given 8 weeks to live once and surpassed that. If I can't get help with this problem soon I will surely die. I sold my fishing boat for $500.00 to buy this juicer. I don't have another 8 weeks to wait for you to fix my juicer. Jae Choi where are you now?
