Hello Dave,

Your post definitely caught my attention. First let me give you my condolences on your health issues. I'm glad to hear that you are doing an aggressive juicing protocol. Many, many people have regained their health through such a strategy.

Now, to the specifics of your post. I'm surprised you've had difficulties reaching Tribest. I've called and spoken to them on the phone before (when I was writing the review for one of their juicer models).

I was able to get through very quickly and easily, and the rep answered all my questions.

Please let me know how this resolves for you. I would assume since you purchased it recently the 5 year warranty should still be in effect, and they should send out replacement parts with no qualms.

The juicing community is rooting for you!
